Hi, my name is Liam Livingston and I live in the United Arab Emirates. My experience in Construction claims consulting has strengthened my knowledge of contract interpretation, commercial assessments, and the evaluation of project related issues across complex construction developments. I enjoy applying analytical thinking, collaborating with experienced professionals, and delivering practical recommendations that support informed decision making and effective project outcomes. Outside of work, I have a strong interest in architecture, regional development, and exploring different places across the UAE. I also enjoy following major infrastructure and construction projects.
